Every strand of pasta is rolled, cut, and hung to dry in-house each morning by our nonne.
Our brick oven runs at 900°F — how pizza and pesce were meant to be cooked in Napoli.
Over 120 natural and biodynamic bottles curated from small growers across Italy.
